Eclipses, whether solar or lunar, have certain meaning and significances in Astrology. In many parts of the world, an eclipse is regarded as even a spiritual or religious event. There is an effect on certain zodiac signs in this period. There can be certain changes to a native, his-her mind, behavior etc. Each native may have a different outcome or result of an eclipse in his-her birth chart. An astrologer can determine this part best as each native has a specific and distinct natal birth chart.
Generally, eclipses are said of having macro implications rather than individuals, such as an area or region. However, the relation of the Sun and the moon with other aspects and planets may also have to be regarded in shaping the result. It can mean or signify a positive change, opportunity or a new beginning in personal or professional life. However, an eclipse can also have a negative effect or lowered energy.
